Direct Service and Support Provides direct support to prescriber (ARNP or Psychiatrist) in serving clients. Collects basic vitals and completes medication reconciliation at each appointment with prescriber. Responds to phone calls from clients, pharmacies, hospitals, and other entities and directly coordinates with provider regarding client needs. Ensures clients have acc
