    Pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, or related field

YOUR ROLE:

  • Assist in managing various aspects of the Intern Program - job fairs, orientation, events, trainings, etc.
  • Grow positive associate relations by assisting in the planning and execution of associate events
  • Maintain electronic & paper personnel files
  • Assist in administering Wellness and Recognition programs
  • Assist with the hiring function - including candidate management in ATS, resume screening, phone interviews, scheduling in-person interviews, onboarding new employees
  • Complete special projects as assigned - including benefits open enrollment, performance management, compensation, audits, etc. These vary by semester.
  • May perform other duties as assigned
