Overview:
We are open to hearing from candidates who thrive in a team-first environment and are interested in joining our national private equity M&A practice. Successful candidates will have 7+ years in M&A, with an emphasis on private equity transactions. No minimum portable practice size is required.
*Prior experience in private practice
*Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills
*Strong academic background
*J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School
*Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability be be promptly admitted in MN, IA, or WI
