Overview

The Financial Analyst is an integral part of the finance team. This position will assist with month end close processes and provide support with reports, analysis, and ad hoc projects as needed. This position facilitates departmental budget preparation and variance analysis as well as preparing and submitting items required for audit. This position works directly with internal and external customers to meet their needs and ensure adherence to contract requirements.

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; or associate degree and 5 years of applicable work experience; or at least 10 years of applicable experience.
* Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational skills, and skillful management of internal/external customer relationships.
* Strong knowledge of and experience with business office applications such as Excel, Word, and ERP systems.
* Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate.
