Director, Marketing Intelligence and Science Generalist
Overview:
We are looking for a talented Marketing Intelligence & Science director to join our leadership team and manage the delivery of measurement and reporting insights and advanced analytics applications. In this role, you will be responsible to manage client relationships, manage a team of marketing intelligence and science specialists to deliver data-driven solutions to support or exceed client goals, and curate relationships with internal stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities:
* Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap to deliver cutting edge data, technology and analytics solutions across one strategic account
* Partner with clients to deliver thought leadership, look for new ways to enhance, develop or execute data-driven solutions and insights through advanced analytics strategy and business analysis, driven by partners and technologies
* Develop strategic relationships with clients by providing support to solve broad strategic marketing problems
* Become a trusted advisor to clients and consult on growth opportunities and identify new ways to use data to solve business challenges and support growth
* Build & manage a team of experts in Measurement, Business Analytics, Advanced Analytics and Marketing Technology to deliver best in class measurement strategy and execution in collaboration with Client, Strategy, and Investment teams
* Communicate technical terms to non-technical people and helping them understand why change might be required to achieve a specific goal or to complete a project
* Identify ways to improve efficiencies of key recurring workflows and minimize manual work done by teams across tasks such as performance reporting, dashboards, data collection for measurement, etc
* Contribute to Client Growth plan through strategic and actionable inputs strengthening client relationship and satisfaction.
Required Skills / Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field OR equivalent professional work experience
* 8+ years of relevant work experience in data, insights, analytics, advanced analytics and technology with expertise in digital media
* Experience with digital data technologies and partners (1st and 3rd party data, data lakes, data clean rooms, identity solutions, ...)
* Passion for online advertising and emerging technologies in the digital landscape (CDP, Identity, Clean Room, CMP, CRM ...)
* Experience leading, training, and growing a team with diverse skillsets across data, analytics, advertising tech, and marketing tech
* Confident speaking to groups with varying analytics backgrounds and distilling complicated analytics/data concepts
* Confident decision making framework, ability to clearly define best path forward for the situation at hand
* Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work autonomously with strong work ethic
* Comfortable working in ambiguous situations with minimal guidance
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

Desired Skills:
* Client service experience taking a consulting approach to building products and services that meet our client needs and are commercially positive for our agency.
* Well-rounded understanding of the media measurement analytics landscape and the impact of privacy regulations
* Understanding technology procurement and the trade-offs associated with choice
* Experience with distributed systems and related tools
* Understanding of UI/UX and Data visualization as it relates to Product
* Product Management (roadmap, documentation, GTM...)
* Team management (2-5)
* Presentation and Communication skills
* Understanding of the AdTech & MarTech ecosystems

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $100,000 to $230,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
