What You'll Do:

As a Territory Manager/Outside Sales, your primary role is to establish strong relationships with existing clients and seek out and cultivate new connections with potential customers within your designated territory.

* Be the driving force behind our product sales, acting as a subject matter expert.

* Identify and target potential customers through various prospecting techniques, including cold calls, tradeshows, outreach campaigns, and networking.

* Serve as a trusted advisor, helping our customers grow, innovate, and achieve new heights.

* Provide valuable reporting and data analysis within your assigned territory or vertical.

* Ensure accounts are in good standing, creating a seamless customer experience beyond just being a supplier.

* Lead daily sales meetings and maintain 100% attendance.

* Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

* Collaborate with operations and sales support teams.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements for Success:

* Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated success in B2B sales within industries such as roofing, building products, pool, landscape, or related industry.

* Proficiency in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English and/or bilingual (Spanish) may be required in specific locations.

* High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).

* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

* Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

* Ability to travel and attend company meetings, tradeshows, and industry events.
