Our dedicated team of over 500 medical experts, engineers, and doctors, positioned all over the globe, provide assessments that cover the full life cycle of your medical device - including initial product designs, risk management, clinical and regulatory.

We are looking for personable and outgoing individual who will work closely with our medical device customers. This position will be the key contact to proactively provide superior customer service to customers. Your role and responsibilities include assessment of medical devices and manufacturers' quality management systems per regulatory requirements and international standards, including related client and project management. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with conformity testing experience, ideally within the medical / regulatory field.

The position is home-office based and requires up to 20% travel activity.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Proactively find, develop, and win new business with existing and new customers in the following areas: Biological Safety (biocompatibility and chemical characterization), Reprocessing, Packaging, Sterility testing and validation, lot release testing, IVD testing, MRI Safety, Cybersecurity and all other testing related services within a given market vertical.

Cross-sell services including: All MHS Certification offerings, including MDR, IVDR, ISO 13485, EN 13485, MDSAP

Increase the loyalty, retention, and growth of large strategic accounts by facilitating the completion of complex projects and improving the efficiency at which those accounts do business with TUV SUD.

Successfully on-board new, complex projects in conjunction with the technical leads and improve customer-oriented processes for both certification and laboratory operations.

Coordinate the overall account relationship, including periodic business reviews involving the customer and appropriate TUV SUD representatives.

Your qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Computer Literate in Microsoft, Word, PowerPoint, Xcel, etc.

Basic knowledge working with Customer Relationship Management software, SAP systems, and LIMS.

Demonstrated ability in managing phone, email, and web site inquiries.

Ability to work independently. Ability to multi-task and handle deadlines. Thrive in a fast-paced environment. Customer service oriented

Self-starter with a positive and motivated attitude

Sound knowledge in regulatory requirements, e. g. MDR, MDD (93/42/EEC) and other related requirements

Education and Qualifications:

BS in Natural Sciences, Medication technology or equivalent experience such as 5-years of experience in Certification, Inspection, Testing business.

Five years of work experience in customer-facing role, dealing with customer development, customer service, quote development, relationship building
