Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work Onsite with our client in Gaithersburg, MD. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Manage enter order management cycle, viz
  1. Get orders from Distributors/customer
  2. Get shipment size and weight from the warehouse
  3. Get freight rates from the transporter for the shipment
  4. Process proforma Invoice and send to distributor/customer
  5. Obtain payment from distributor/customer
  6. Instruct plant/warehouse to process the order
  7. Follow up with the warehouse to get the shipment packed
  8. Obtain the shipment details and packing list
  9. Follow up to get the Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
  10. Generate invoice in SAP
  11. Share Invoice, packing list, BOL with distributor/customer
  12. Share invoice with accounts to adjust payment against it
  13. Maintain all records for each order and shipment for audit
• Customer service:
  1. Send monthly reports of open orders and shipments in transit to each distributor
  2. Follow up with Distributors and customers for orders
  3. Receive all feedback/claims from distributors and customers and process it with respective stakeholders
  4. Address all communications coming in from prospects, customers, and distributors, about product queries/order status
• Sales generation:
  1. Cold calling leads generated from online inquiries, exhibition participation
  2. Convert from cold to hot leads and pass on to distributors or service directly
• Reduction in total order management time (inquiry to delivery)
• Closing all customer requests and reducing these to laid down lead times.
• Increase new customer acquisition.
• Ensure continuous improvement on all above three KPIs

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1-year experience in the corporate environment

• Experience in window film or PPF industry
• Computer literate, good communication skills in English (Spanish would be an added advantage), High attention to detail.
