Position Description
Dynamic local CPA firm has an immediate opening for an experienced tax preparer. Position is part time from May-Dec (20-30 hours/week) and full time from Jan-Apr (50+ hours/week).
Job responsibilities include:
• Direct interaction with clients to obtain tax information
• Completion of interview and drop off 1040 returns
• Management of ‘in process’ returns, including prioritization and missing information
• Assist client and internal staff with tax related questions and issues
Bachelors degree and/or credentials (EA, LPA, CPA) preferred. We offer a flexible schedule and a relaxed work environment.
